Fees & Payments

Service charges must be paid as per the agreed terms before processing begins.

Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any additional government or third-party fees (e.g., visa application fees, university fees) must be borne by the client.

Visa Processing & Job Assistance

We assist in visa processing, but approval is subject to government regulations and embassy decisions.

While we provide job assistance in select countries, securing employment depends on the employer’s requirements and the candidate’s qualifications.

Tharak Consultancy does not guarantee visa approval or job placement.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

We ensure confidentiality of client information and do not share personal data with unauthorized parties.

Clients consent to their data being used for visa processing, legal compliance, and service-related communication.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the agreed terms and conditions.

If services have already commenced, no refunds will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

Tharak Consultancy is not liable for visa rejections, delays, or changes in immigration policies beyond our control.

We are not responsible for third-party actions, including universities, employers, or government bodies.

Amendments to Terms

Tharak Consultancy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically.
